Peoria, Illinois, United States VirtuSense Technologies Full time

ABOUT VIRTUSENSE TECHNOLOGIES

We are a fast-growing health tech company and a four-time Deloitte Fast 500 award winner (2022–2025). We build intelligent-care platforms that combine AI and edge sensors to monitor, predict, and coordinate care across acute and post-acute settings. Our technology delivers meaningful fall reductions—often 80%+ at select sites—while dramatically reducing false alarms, enabling care teams to do more with less. Through our virtual nursing platform, centralized RNs manage admissions, discharges, transfers, and documentation, allowing bedside nurses to focus on what matters most: direct patient care.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a driven, early-career Associate Client Partner to support our healthcare clients using VirtuSense's fall prevention and virtual nursing platforms. This role is ideal for high-potential analysts or consultants with 1–3 years of experience who want to move beyond PowerPoint and into real-world operational change.

As an Associate Client Partner, you will support client relationships, analyze outcomes and usage data, troubleshoot operational challenges, and help drive adoption and measurable ROI. You'll partner closely with senior Client Partners while gradually taking ownership of your own client portfolio.

This is a rare opportunity to learn how to operate in the complex healthcare environment while gaining early exposure to hospital and post-acute leaders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Success & Support

  • Support senior Client Partners in building relationships with operational and clinical leaders across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and memory care.
  • Assist in preparation for renewals, expansions, and cross-sells by identifying early opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) by preparing data analysis, ROI visuals, and insights.

Strategic Advisory & Adoption

  • Become a trusted day-to-day resource for client managers and frontline teams.
  • Help translate system insights into clear, actionable workflow recommendations.
  • Support change-management efforts by tracking adoption, surfacing risks, and coordinating mitigation with senior team members.
  • Advocate for client needs and feedback internally across Product, Engineering, and Support.

Analysis & Operational Execution

  • Analyze system usage, outcomes, and operational metrics to identify trends, gaps, or risks.
  • Troubleshoot basic operational issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and client initiatives with discipline, organization, and timely communication.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS (SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE)

By Day 30

  • Complete onboarding and product training with foundational knowledge of VirtuSense technology and healthcare workflows.
  • Shadow senior Client Partners on client calls, QBRs, and site visits.
  • Build working relationships with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales.

By Day 60

  • Take partial ownership of a small set of client sites with guidance from senior team members.
  • Prepare your first QBR deck using usage and outcomes data.
  • Identify early adoption risks and propose mitigation actions.

By Day 90

  • Independently manage a small portfolio of accounts with light oversight.
  • Lead portions of QBRs and client meetings with confidence.
  • Drive measurable improvements in client adoption and utilization.
  • Create and present an early growth plan outlining cross-sell or expansion opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must Haves

  • Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with client stakeholders.
  • High initiative, resourcefulness, and comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and patient safety.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Strong Preferences

  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, professional services, healthcare operations, or technology/digital transformation.
