Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Harrisburg, PA. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing client communications, preparing proposals and contracts, maintaining sales records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless event execution. Day-to-day tasks also include scheduling appointments, updating the sales database, responding to inquiries, and assisting with sales reports. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational abilities and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage schedules, track multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, prepare proposals, and convey information clearly.
  • Proficiency in office administration and experience with maintaining records, databases, and generating reports.
  • Customer service experience to ensure a positive client experience and professionally address questions or concerns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and familiarity with sales software tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a relevant field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or hospitality role is highly desirable.
