Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. Pay rate is now in the range of $24 - $28 per hour. We are particularly looking for applicants who are confident that their management skills and personality will yield high productivity. Use your skills more profitably. Applicants with REIT and large property management company experience are welcome. This full-time position is 40 hours per week. Review MS website prior to application:  

Job responsibilities include:

Proficiency with apartment management software, RealPage a plusProcess A/P and A/RPayment postings/ACH processing/check scanningLease application processingAssist with hiring/interviewingMove in & out inspectionsFinal Account Statement (FAS)NSF entries and applying open creditsLate notice and fee processingRent increases/renewalsAuditing reportsReview accuracy of rent rollPreliminary accounting month end (PAME)Maintain computer bindersResident service requests

Qualifications:

Two (2) years experience assisting with property managementProficiency in Word, Excel and OutlookStrong communication and organizational skillsEnglish writing skills.Stable work historySome college preferredCurrent driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance.Bilingual (any language) a plus

Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
