As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a retail and mall location, helping to maintain a secure environment for visitors and staff. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to everyone on site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing proper communication and documentation.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, and reporting any suspicious activity or persons.
• Support emergency response activities as appropriate, including guiding individuals and providing information to first responders.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with property management, law enforcement, and/or emergency personnel as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
