Intro

Ideal Siding Denver/Boulder is looking for a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by generating and following up on leads, managing the sales process, and closing home renovation projects. This role requires a motivated, high-energy professional who can deliver consistent sales results, maintain a healthy pipeline, and ensure every project aligns with company profitability goals. You'll be the face of the brand in the Front Range, building strong client relationships, guiding homeowners through exterior renovation solutions, and contributing to a reputation of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new residential exterior renovation projects.
  • Manage scheduled appointments provided by the Ideal Siding call center.
  • Conduct in-home consultations, measure accurately, and deliver tailored proposals.
  • Educate homeowners on siding, windows, doors, and other exterior product options (e.g., James Hardie, LP SmartSide, vinyl, composite, aluminum).
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with homeowners through trust, transparency, and expertise.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations with visual aids, samples, and financing options.
  • Cultivate repeat and referral business through exceptional service and follow-up.

Profitability & Operational Coordination

  • Price projects strategically to meet company margin goals.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth handoffs from signed contract to production.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and assist in resolving scope or change-order issues.

Marketing Support

  • Provide insights on lead quality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at local home shows, community events, and networking functions.
  • Encourage positive online reviews and build local referral networks.

Social Media & Brand Presence

  • Maintain active engagement on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Post before-and-after project photos and share client testimonials.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen digital presence and local reputation.

Qualifications

  • Proven record of success in construction, remodeling, or home improvement sales.
  • Working knowledge of exterior renovation products (siding, windows, doors, etc.).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined professional.
  • Tech-savvy (CRM management, digital estimating tools, presentation apps).
    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
