About the Role

We're Twin Home Buyer (part of Equity Track Inc.) — a fast-moving real-estate investment team based in San Carlos, CA. I'm looking for a right-hand partner who loves turning chaos into order, moving deals forward, and growing into leadership. You'll sit close to the founder, touch real transactions daily, and help build systems as we scale.

What You'll Do

  • Run daily operations with the founder — files, vendors, follow-ups
  • Coordinate deals from contract to close (escrow, docs, timelines)
  • Manage calendars, CRM updates, and team task flow
  • Build simple systems that keep projects on track
  • Track KPIs and prepare quick updates for leadership

Who Thrives Here

You're sharp, organized, and proactive. You don't wait for instructions — you create them. Strong written/spoken English, Google Workspace fluency, and comfort learning CRMs are essential.

Bonus if you've worked in real estate, project management, or accounting.

Compensation & Growth

  • Base Pay: $2,200 USD per month
  • Commission: $500 per closed transaction, paid at close of escrow (on next pay cycle)
  • Typical Volume: 2 – 10 transactions per month
  • Total Potential: $3,200 – $7,200 USD per month
  • Probation: 30 days mutual fit period focused on systems & alignment. Once you're adding value, commissions start automatically.

Growth path into Operations Lead / Acquisitions Support based on performance.
