Job Details
Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the installation process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of installation teams, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Develop and implement installation procedures and standards to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective project execution.
• Conduct regular inspections of installation work to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Handle any installation-related issues or disruptions, implementing solutions and adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure seamless integration of installation processes.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in installation technologies and methodologies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on installation progress and performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on vehicle wrap, installation, and wrapping buses and/or trains.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale installation projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and skills in installation methodologies and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding effective solutions to installation-related challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in installation management or a related field would be a plus.
