About Us:

Kiwi Recovery LLC is a behavioral healthcare organization providing Psychiatric Day Treatment for youth (ages and young adults (ages Our mission is to deliver high-quality mental health and recovery-focused treatment tailored to our clients' needs.

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide quality care to the children and adolescents in our day treatment program. Our need is for a minimum of 25 hours per week. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive mental health care, substance use education and addiction treatment, medication management, and therapy. This position has the capacity to become a permanent, 32 hr full time position with benefits.

Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders
  • Oversee a caseload of up to 30-40 clients, working closely with them, their families, and relevant support systems to provide comprehensive care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Assist in facilitating 2-3 wellness group therapy sessions per week
  • Ability to work in a fast paced healthcare setting
  • Skilled in child and adolescent medicine
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral health and addiction related challenges to address their individualized needs
  • Strong nursing background with a focus on psychiatric and mental health care
  • Excellent medical records management skills

Education: Masters of Science in Nursing, with a Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis, from an accredited college or university.

Licensure: Must be licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), hold an active DEA license and MCSR.
