We are seeking a full-time HVAC-Plumbing Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator to manage scheduling, customer calls, and daily dispatch operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting technicians and customers. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $55,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer service calls
  • Schedule and dispatch HVAC/Plumbing service technicians
  • Coordinate service calls, maintenance, and emergency requests
  • Communicate job details and updates to technicians
  • Update work orders, job notes, and scheduling software
  • Provide professional customer support and follow-up
  • Support daily HVAC/Plumbing operations and office administration

Qualifications:

  • Experience in dispatching, customer service, or call center environments preferred
  • Strong phone communication and scheduling skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and CRM systems
  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or service industry experience a plus (not required)
