RollHouse is looking for an Escapology Manager to join our Team

Are you a proactive, big-picture leader who can meticulously manage the details? Can you energetically champion constructive change, promote and support staff teamwork, and thrive in a target-driven environment?

If this sounds like you, Escapology is seeking a Manager to join our team and help drive our business forward. The successful applicant will become an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Interact professionally with all guests and ensuring that the Escape Rooms are prepared for the ultimate guest experience
• Understand the working of each of the Escape Rooms and that knowledge is passed on to your staff
• Promoting and increasing sales through marketing initiatives and inhouse interaction with guests
• Light managerial duties from staff development to reporting sales and frequency of guest bookings

What we are looking for:

• Management experience
• Good communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable to a growing and evolving work environment
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the event business, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
