We are looking for a qualified and experienced individual to be our Site Security Manager to oversee all security operations for an entertainment district, residential building, and executive business building

As a Site Security Manager , you will have to demonstrate excellent customer service, with security experience in public safety, nightlife security, emergency response, and asset protection.

You will need a strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency management. The goal is to create and preserve an environment where employees, customers, residential/business tenants, visitors, and property are safe and well-protected.

Approximately 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
  • Train and supervise security officers and event staff.
  • Attend meetings with clients to determine operational needs.
  • Plan and coordinate security operations for VIP/special events.
  • Responding to emergencies and alarms.
  • Write/review daily activity reports.
  • Investigate incidents and assist local law enforcement.
  • Recruitment and hiring retention.
  • Leading the team in incident management and conflict resolution.
  • Completing effective health & safety assessments, risk assessments and site evaluations.
  • Support and develop team members in the performance of their duties and manage performance.
  • Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g., implementation of new technology)
  • Maintain confidentiality of RSC and Client privileged information, documents, proprietary processes, and communications to extend through two (2) years from the date of voluntary or involuntary termination of employment.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience in field of security, first responder (Police/EMS/Fire), or military with additional customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g., CCTV, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Alarm Control Panels.)
  • Experience in reporting writing and emergency response.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed and reliable.
  • Able to life 25-50+Lbs or more comfortably.
  • Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to adapt and overcome ever changing company and client needs, developments, and landscape.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to traverse various areas of the facility to conduct inspections security procedures.
  • 21+ years old

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
