We're looking for a strong leader to take charge of our sales team in Texas and help drive the next stage of our growth.

The Role:

As Sales Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of sales representatives, drive performance, and ensure Imperial Roofing remains the first choice for homeowners across DFW. Recruiting, training, and motivating your team will be your top priorities while also setting the standard with your own field leadership.

What You'll Do:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing sales reps
  • Lead from the front by actively engaging in fieldwork and closing deals
  • Drive accountability and results through coaching, tracking, and performance metrics
  • Build and implement sales strategies that fuel team and company growth
  • Maintain a consistent, high-quality customer experience from start to finish

What We Offer:

  • $60,000 base salary + commission overrides on your team
  • Realistic total earnings: $125,000–$150,000 annually

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in door-to-door sales (roofing, solar, pest control, alarms, or similar industries)
  • Prior team management experience with measurable results
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire high performance
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to lead by example
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
