As the Head of Client Strategy & Media, you will lead Chacka's client services and account management teams, ensuring excellence in strategic planning, campaign execution, and client relationship management. This leadership role is critical to driving client retention, satisfaction, and growth by aligning cross-channel marketing strategies with client goals.

You will own the full client lifecycle — from strategic onboarding and execution to upselling new services and ensuring long-term partnerships. You will also be responsible for mentoring and managing account leads, overseeing integrated campaign strategies, and identifying opportunities to expand client value through services like creative, data, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Strategy & Success

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic plans that align with client business objectives across all marketing channels.
  • Ensure campaigns are fully integrated, performance-focused, and ladder up to measurable client goals.
  • Serve as the strategic advisor and escalation point for high-priority clients.

Team Leadership & Delivery Management

  • Manage and mentor account leads to deliver best-in-class client service and campaign execution.
  • Establish and enforce operational standards for delivery, reporting, and communications.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence across client service teams.

Client Retention & Growth

  • Own client satisfaction and retention KPIs; proactively identify risks and implement retention strategies.
  • Identify and pitch growth opportunities, including cross-sell of emerging services (e.g., creative, analytics, MarTech).
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to support upsell and renewal processes.

Innovation & Integration

  • Partner with channel leads (search, social, programmatic, etc.) to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned and data-informed.
  • Champion new services and capabilities — such as creative offerings — and develop go-to-market plans for expansion.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, technology, and consumer behavior to inform strategic direction.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, client services, or agency account management.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing large-scale client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels, media mix modeling and cross-channel strategy.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience driving client growth, retention, and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to roll up sleeves and dive into execution when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120, $160,000.00 per year
