Summary:

Apexus serves as HRSA's Prime Vendor for the 340B Drug Pricing Program. We provide access to discounted medications, education and compliance needs and manufacturer refund services to more than 12,200 covered entities serving vulnerable populations. In this role, you will coach, mentor and manage a team responsible for conducting analyses and research to support Apexus as the 340B Prime Vendor Program (PVP). You will work with senior leadership to execute on the strategic vision through design, delivery, and iteration on reporting and analytics to members and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operation of the PVP Price Integrity Program and 340B Price Integrity Program.

  • Support the 340B Membership and Prime Vendor Participation systems.

  • Identify gaps in existing reporting and analytical processes and take action to address.

  • Collaborate with staff and management to clarify analytical support needs and provide project updates.

  • Facilitate analyst and internal customer discussions regarding analytics and metrics.

  • Participate in training modules to enhance the team's knowledge and development.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred (e.g., Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, etc.).

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required, with a preference for the pharma/healthcare industry.

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and MS Excel required.

  • Experience with SQL Server Management Studio or similar SQL Query Utility tools is a plus.

  • Python or R skills are a plus.

  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI) preferred.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to participate in cross-functional projects and interact with business stakeholders while collaborating with business analysts, data engineers, and data scientists.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
