Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills while ensuring that each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied with their look.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.
  • Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
  • Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
  • Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments , greeting clients, and handling payments.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
  • Assist with hair extensions and hair threading services as required.

Experience

  • A valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
  • Proven experience in customer service within a salon or beauty environment is essential.
  • A strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional service is crucial for success in this role.
