Position Summary
This role will focus on understanding business needs and translating them into project plans and execution. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, while ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.

This is an in office role based in Houston, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather and document requirements for various projects.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancements, including AI driven solutions.
  • Develop and present business cases for proposed initiatives, including potential ROI and impact on patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain clear project documentation, including business requirements and process flows.
  • Serve as a liaison between the technical team and business units to ensure that solutions align with business goals and integrate smoothly with existing processes.
  • Monitor technician workflows and conduct first pass technician audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments as necessary.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology, including AI.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science or related field.

  • Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis

  • Experience supporting software-as-a-service is a plus
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Experienced in documenting business requirements through user stories and functional specs.

Skills

  • Exceptional ability to analyze complex information and identify trends and patterns.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and team members.
  • Comfort working independently and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure involvement in projects.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
