We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of various project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, as well as expertise in change management, risk management, and quality management. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive program development and enhance organizational processes.

This position will oversee construction and remodeling projects specifically located in Utah County. The work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. Weekends and major holidays are off.

Duties

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans that include scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Implement change management strategies to address any shifts in project scope or direction.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilize project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project for tracking progress and reporting.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead team meetings to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with PMBOK guidelines and best practices in project management.
