Are you an outgoing, customer-focused professional who thrives in face-to-face interactions and enjoys helping people? We're seeking a dedicated Customer Team Member to join our local team in Clearwater. You'll work on behalf of our clients, representing their services in person, assisting customers, answering questions, and helping them enroll or purchase the solutions that fit their needs.

What You'll Do as a Customer Team Member

  • Engage with customers in person within the Clearwater area to introduce and explain our clients' services.
  • Provide friendly, professional assistance, listen to customer needs, answer questions, demonstrate products or services, and articulate value.
  • Facilitate enrollment and sales, guide the customer through the process, complete required documentation or digital sign-up, and ensure the hand-off is smooth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using our CRM or mobile tools.
  • Collaborate with fellow Customer Team Members and leadership, share insights from customer feedback, help improve the customer experience, and meet team targets.

What We're Looking For in a Customer Team Member

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation, traveling locally in the Clearwater-area.
  • Proactive, self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and strong follow-through.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices or tablets to assist with sales/enrollment data entry is a plus.
  • A professional appearance and positive attitude, ready to represent our client's service brand with confidence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3, $4,200.00 per month
