Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects of moderate complexity and risk.
- Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, or PMI-ACP.
- Experience with Agile management tools such as Microsoft Planner Premium and JIRA.
- Experience in leading application migration projects within government or enterprise environments.
- Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management for technology initiatives.
- Experience in state government procurement processes and fiscal policy compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile teams through the full project lifecycle for complex information technology initiatives.
- Manage large-scale application migration projects from initiation through deployment.
- Utilize Microsoft Planner and JIRA to track project milestones and resource allocation.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful service delivery.
- Navigate state government procurement and fiscal policies to execute project budgets.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with enterprise-level technology implementations.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and align project deliverables with agency goals.
