Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive large-scale business and technical initiatives focused on Salesforce and related enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management expertise, technical depth, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of business and technical programs, ensuring clear and measurable impact on business goals.
  • Lead large, cross-functional teams with competing priorities to achieve high-quality and impactful results.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, execution efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Drive clarity and structure in ambiguous problem spaces by enabling informed decisions and mitigating risks.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the end-to-end solutions being developed, proactively identifying and resolving dependencies.
  • Act as a force multiplier within the organization by mentoring other TPMs, establishing scalable processes, and improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience leading strategic technical initiatives across multiple business functions, influencing senior stakeholders (VP-level and above).
  • Proven expertise in program management frameworks and best practices.
  • Deep domain knowledge in one or more areas: Infrastructure, Security, or Business Systems.
  • Hands-on experience in Fit-Gap Analysis, solution design discussions, and driving technical trade-offs to resolution.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to decompose complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in the enterprise software industry; SaaS and B2B experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
