Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Springfield, MO. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensure high standards of customer service, manage staff, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities also include financial management, inventory control, staff training, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The General Manager will work closely with the team to achieve operational goals and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Management skills in operations, staff management, and customer service
  • Financial management skills including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Experience in training, staff development, and performance evaluation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in QSR or restaurant management is preferred
