Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Server and Cook to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This dual role requires a passion for food service and a commitment to providing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in both serving and cooking, ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service alongside delicious, well-prepared dishes.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Assist in menu planning, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Handle food safely, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring high-quality food presentation and service.

Skills

  • Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant or fine dining settings.
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation, cooking, and meal preparation.
  • Knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus.
  • Proficient knife skills and understanding of food handling best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $26.15 per hour
