Job Summary
We're looking for an energetic, innovative Social Media Marketing Manager to lead DJC Law's digital presence. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute social media strategies, manage content creation, and elevate brand awareness across multiple platforms. You will also drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation for our fast-growing personal injury law firm.
This position manages paid social campaigns, video content, and WordPress website updates, ensuring all digital initiatives are organized, data-driven, and strategically aligned. By combining creative and digital responsibilities, this role strengthens DJC Law's online footprint and fills key needs following recent transitions.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and knows how to turn digital impressions into meaningful client inquiries.
Core Responsibilities:
Paid Social Media & Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Develop audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget management strategies to maximize ROI.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership.
- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and compliance standards for legal marketing.
Video Content Production:
- Coordinate and oversee creation of video assets — including client testimonials, attorney profiles, explainer videos, and community events.
- Manage vendor relationships (videographers, editors, etc.) and ensure timely delivery.
- Write compelling scripts and coordinate shoots consistent with brand tone and compliance rules.
- Optimize videos for web, YouTube, and paid social distribution.
Website & SEO Content
- Update and maintain website pages and landing pages in WordPress, ensuring accuracy, proper tagging, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and web teams to create and maintain high-impact practice area content and blog articles.
- Ensure all content is keyword-optimized and follows best practices for accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and load speed.
- Track website analytics and conversion data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with legal advertising standards.
Organization & Coordination
- Maintain a content calendar aligning all digital campaigns, social posts, and events.
- Coordinate with Legal Ops, Marketing, and Leadership to align digital strategy with case goals and community outreach.
- Manage vendor invoicing, creative requests, and campaign documentation.
- Ensure all creative materials follow firm approval workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Must have experience in managing a social media budget of $10,000.00 per month.
- Proficiency with WordPress for page and landing page updates required.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, particularly with regard to attribution and tag management.
- Basic graphic or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.) a plus.
Performance Metrics:
- Cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates from paid campaigns.
- Growth and engagement across social platforms.
- Timeliness and consistency of content calendar execution.
- Website traffic, landing page performance, and SEO rankings.
- Internal satisfaction from leadership and marketing team partners.
