Cashier/ Register Operator

Job Title: Cashier/ Register Operator

Location: Kansas City

Position Overview: We are hiring 4 Cashiers/ Register Operators to join our team In this role, you will be providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and maintaining store conditions while promoting our new range of grocery items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately handle transactions, including cash, credit, and EBT.
  • Stock and maintain grocery, frozen, dairy, and perishable products to ensure a well-organized store.
  • Assist with unloading deliveries and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
  • Provide friendly and courteous customer service, addressing customer inquiries and needs.
  • Help train new team members and support store management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic math and computer proficiency.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and transport objects weighing 20-50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand and move for extended periods.
