Innovation Learning partners with schools to leverage valuable before and after school time to increase academic achievement. We have a unique opening for an individual who has experience working with children 3 -5 years olds.

The position entails teaching and supervising in the after school program. This position involves working directly with students in the after school program. We are looking for the right person who loves kids and teaching and embodies our 4 core values:

This is an entry level position with the goal that this position could evolve in to a more.

In this role you will be:

  • Supervising and assisting our children to deliver the Innovation Learning Model.

  • Facilitating the afternoon program while working directly with children

  • Interacting with children to ensure they are having fun while they learn

  • Working with the site coordinator with ECE students
