Role Description

This is a Part-Time Contract on-site role in Fort Worth, TX for a Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant will perform day-to-day tasks such as managing financial records, reconciling accounts and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities include daily cash reconciliations, journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations. The Staff Accountant will also support the finance team by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and creating reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent data analysis, trend identification, and report creation skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Great Plains, AS400 and advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
