As a Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate Patrol in Corpus Christi, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for tenants and visitors. By conducting routine patrols and staying highly visible, you will help to deter security-related incidents and foster a welcoming atmosphere. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.
• Assist in controlling access to the property and help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Communicate with property management and/or law enforcement as needed regarding security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
