Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or similar
-Minimum of 5 years experience as a Design Engineer or equivalent
-Electronic Circuit Design
-Possible PCB design and layout
-Embedded software development
-Control of stepper motors and DC motors
-Use of Optical Sensors
-Cloud-based Remote Monitoring a plus
-Passion for or familiarity with GOLF is a major bonus

Job Summary:
As an Electronics Design Engineer, you will focus on research and development, rapid prototyping, rigorous testing (including destructive testing), and the re-engineering of new and existing products. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on development, solving complex problems, and improving products through real-world testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electronic systems for automated golf equipment, including circuit boards, sensors, and embedded controllers

Create and refine rapid prototypes for field testing and product validation

Conduct performance, stress, and destruction testing to ensure reliability in extreme conditions

Analyze test data and customer feedback to redesign or improve product performance

Collaborate with mechanical engineers, software developers, and production teams

Stay up to date with emerging technologies to incorporate into future designs

Maintain technical documentation throughout the development cycle

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in electronics or embedded systems design

Proficiency with PCB design tools

Experience with prototyping, sensor integration, and power systems

Hands-on experience with hardware testing, debugging, and iterative design

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Familiarity with golf or sports equipment technology is a plus
