Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Rehoboth Beach, DE. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing store policies. The manager will also work to achieve sales goals, develop and execute marketing strategies, and ensure the store meets profitability targets.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Store Management experience
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets
  • Experience with retail sales and Xfinity products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
