What You'll Do

  • Service, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, explaining findings and solutions with confidence.
  • Maintain accurate job notes and photos in ServiceTitan.
  • Keep your van, tools, and uniform clean and professional.
  • Support your teammates and represent Jerm's with pride in every home you enter.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC experience (service or install).
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
  • Clean driving record and valid license.
  • Great communication and customer service skills.
  • Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Pride in doing quality work and representing your trade well.
