Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Columbia, MD. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for fostering and maintaining customer relationships by addressing inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering outstanding service. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, account management, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role involves meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth and success of our sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Account Management to drive sales and build strong client relationships
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to address client needs and ensure exceptional experiences
  • Experience with Lead Generation to identify and cultivate new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Experience in IT services or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
