Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (occasional Fridays as needed)
Pay: Starting at $27.00/hr+ (based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Be Doing:Set up and troubleshoot plastic forming equipment in our cleanroom production areaKeep production lines running smoothly by refining processes and repairing equipmentCommunicate clearly with engineering and production staff on equipment needs and solutionsTrain and coach operators as needed to support manufacturing processesCollaborate with engineers on new equipment builds and process improvementsFollow process control procedures to maintain consistent product qualityMaintain accurate records, fixture files, and documentationRead and interpret technical documents and internal quality standards What We're Looking For:High mechanical aptitude and desire to learn and grow in a technical role2+ years of experience in a similar position OR an associate degree in a technical fieldSolid communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable working with your hands and troubleshooting equipment in a fast-paced settingAbility to work independently while supporting a collaborative teamDetail-oriented with a passion for quality Bonus Skills (Not Required But Nice to Have):Familiarity with electrical and pneumatic control systemsExperience with CAD software, Microsoft Office, and PLC programmingHands-on skills in silver soldering, machining (lathe, mill, surface grinder), electronics, and pneumaticsAbility to read blueprints and wiring diagrams What We Offer:Great starting pay – $27.00/hr and up based on experienceConsistent hours – 4-day work week, guaranteed 40 hoursQuarterly bonus program – Everyone shares in our succesGenerous PTO – 3 weeks per year8 paid holidays – with no waiting periodFull benefits after 30 days – including:Medical (with diabetic supplies covered at 100%)Dental (includes orthodontics for kids and adults)Vision401(k) with 4% company matchDisability and life insurance optionsTuition reimbursement program
