Nature and Scope

The ID&D Training Associate supports the Director of Instructional Design and Development by ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely progress of CeriFi's training products. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at quality assurance and project tracking within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive quality assurance (QA) reviews of training products prior to production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, functionality, and adherence to internal standards.
  • Review content for instructional clarity, formatting, grammar, and alignment with learning objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Track and maintain the status of all instructional design projects in the development pipeline, ensuring visibility into timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate feedback, revisions, and approvals across instructional designers, subject matter experts, and production teams.
  • Identify risks, gaps, or delays in the project pipeline and proactively communicate updates and recommendations.
  • Maintain organized documentation, checklists, and version control for all training assets.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with quality assurance, project coordination, or instructional design support (L&D, education, or training environments preferred).
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to apply style and quality standards consistently.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools, learning platforms, or content authoring tools is a plus.
