Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Your role is vital in creating memorable moments for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied from the moment they arrive until their departure. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
  • Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback promptly and courteously
  • Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
  • Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain cleanliness and operational flow

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
  • Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, food preparation basics, and proper food handling techniques
  • Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding alcohol service regulations
  • Familiarity with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest enjoyment
  • Previous host/host or bussing experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude is essential
