Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Your role is vital in creating memorable moments for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied from the moment they arrive until their departure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a lively environment that celebrates fine dining, nightlife, and outstanding customer service.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
  • Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback promptly and courteously
  • Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
  • Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain cleanliness and operational flow

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
  • Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, food preparation basics, and proper food handling techniques
  • Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding alcohol service regulations
  • Familiarity with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest enjoyment
  • Previous host/host or bussing experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude is essential
