As a Security Officer - Real Estate Patrol Driver in Anchorage, AK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will be a visible presence, engage with tenants and visitors, and support a secure environment through teamwork, reliability, and integrity—reflecting our values of putting people first and delivering innovative solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and along the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor the location for unusual activity or potential hazards, reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Assist with access control, verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Support a secure environment by maintaining a visible presence and assisting with crowd control or visitor management as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
