We are a growing real estate firm focused on managing apartments that we own in the greater Snohomish and King County area. We are looking for a Assistant Manager to join our team at one of our properties in Mountlake Terrace.

Compensation will include rent credit and a monthly salary $17.00-$20.00 an hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting the Community Manager

Marketing and leasing and assist in generating and increasing traffic to the community

Processing and depositing rent checks

Coordinating unit turns and ordering appliances/supplies

Overseeing work conducted by outside vendors

Meeting vendors and providing access

Scheduling and coordinating unit work orders

Being accessible to tenants during business hours and able to take emergency calls off hours

Qualifications:

Effective marketing experience

Working knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Laws

Proven compliance with Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunity laws

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills and problem solving skills

Strong communication and highly organized with diligent follow-thru

Good computer experience with MS Office

We expect the Assistant manager to be friendly and courteous to our residents, detail-oriented, well-organized with good computer skills.

Drug test and background is required for this position.

Compensation will include rent credit and a monthly salary $17.00-$20.00 an hour based on experience.
