Sand Plastic Surgery is looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team
Sand Plastic Surgery is a world-class surgical and cosmetic center dedicated to helping patients achieve their facial aesthetic goals. Job Summary:
The Clinic Nurse Manager, under the general direction of the COO and CEO, will partner with our surgery center nurse manager in assuming accountability for the operational management, and patient care management for the clinical side of Sand Plastic Surgery. The Clinic Manager handles coordination of care provided in the clinic while offering support to the surgery center as needed. This position requires confidence to deliver direct care in the clinic. The Clinic Manager exhibits behaviors that enhance professional performance and reflect the key moral commitment, ethical principles, values and philosophy of Sand Plastic Surgery. They would promote staff productivity through a defined care delivery system, staff development and positive staff morale, which includes staff involvement in program development and facilitation of staff shared decision making on issues affecting their patient care practices. Participates in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for their particular service. The Clinic Manager participates in collaboration with the leadership team for selection and evaluation of team members. Ensures that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for operations and customer satisfaction are met during hours of clinical operation. This position is Monday through Friday.

The pay range for this position is $43-58 per hour, depending on experience.
Required Skills:
- Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing. Current WA RN License- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- One (1) year experience in management.
- Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities. Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.

Pay: $ $58.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
