We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves supporting daily office operations, managing front desk responsibilities, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Duties

  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records to ensure efficient office management.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve office efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.
  • Typing proficiency and data entry skills are essential for this role.

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
