As a Construction Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming visions into reality You'll lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that every detail aligns with our high standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will guide teams through the complexities of construction management, making a significant impact on project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Position

As a Project Manager with N2 Build, you will be responsible for;

Project & Job Site Management:

  • Oversee Multiple Job Sites: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and meeting high standards.
  • Plan & Execute: Conduct walkthroughs, establish project plans, and communicate expectations with homeowners and crews.
  • Compliance: Conduct thorough blueprint reading and schematic analysis to ensure compliance with design specifications. Meet permit and city approvals.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and negotiations with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
  • Schedule Management: Implement project scheduling techniques using softwares to optimize workflow and contractors scheduling.
  • Daily Job Check-ins: Monitor progress, provide on-site support, and address challenges as they arise.
  • Ensure Quality: Oversee work to ensure it meets company standards and exceeds client expectations. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintain Clean Job Sites: Promote order and cleanliness across all projects.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Answer questions, set expectations, and align schedules with owners, subcontractors and the admin team.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schedules
  • Utilize construction management software to track progress, manage resources, and communicate updates effectively
  • Lead site meetings to address challenges, review progress, and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders
  • Conduct and document change orders as needed to adjust project scopes.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners to upsell additional work and enhancements.

Financial Oversight:

  • Track expenses to manage project profitability.
  • Perform final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure satisfaction.

Team Support:

  • Assist in onboarding new laborers or subcontractors.
  • Deliver materials and provide logistical support as needed.
  • Work with the owner/admin to coordinate schedules and prepare for future projects.

Skills:

  • Proficient in ProCore, BuilderTrend and other construction management software
  • Strong background in construction estimating and project coordination
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, site experience, and industry best practices
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for effective project execution
  • Familiarity with contracts and negotiation techniques in a construction context
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and motivation
