Lobby Ambassador – Luxury Art Gallery

Step into the world of contemporary elegance as a Lobby Ambassador / Gallery Host for our internationally acclaimed luxury art gallery, with locations in Fifth Avenue, SoHo, and South Beach, Miami.
As the first point of contact for our discerning clientele, you will embody the sophistication, discretion, and hospitality that define our brand. This pivotal, guest-facing role seamlessly combines five-star service standards, refined security awareness, and a passion for art and design.
Ideal candidates come from ultra-luxury hotels, premier retail houses, or exclusive residential environments, and bring a polished, poised presence with a genuine appreciation for contemporary art and culture.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, offering an exceptional first impression.
Introduce visitors to the gallery's exhibitions, featured artists, and events.
Support the sales and operations teams by managing guest flow and coordinating private viewings.
Assist during openings, VIP events, and art fairs.
Maintain situational awareness to safeguard artworks and uphold gallery standards.
Represent the gallery's global prestige through presentation, demeanor, and communication.
Qualifications:
Experience in luxury hospitality, retail, or art institutions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Poised, professional, and attentive presence.
Passion for art, design, and cultural experiences.
Ability to multitask in fast-paced, elegant environments.
Multilingual abilities are a plus (English, Spanish, French, Hebrew, etc.).

Schedule: Full-Time | Evenings & Weekends Required
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
