Join our team as an HVAC Lead Installer, where your expertise will shine in delivering top-notch heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions In this pivotal role, you will lead installation projects, ensuring that systems are set up efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do

  • Oversee and execute the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seemless installations
  • Utilize your mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and perform equipment repairs as needed.
  • Provide guidance to junior technicians, sharing your expertise
  • Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs while ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC/R technology to enhance service delivery.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience as a lead installer in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC design principles and schematics.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.

Preferred qualifications

  • Proven history of installing HVAC systems
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
