Overview

As a Canvassing Manager, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to engaging with the community to see if we can help beautify the exterior of homes throughout the greater Tucson Market. Your role is pivotal in shaping our canvassing strategies, ensuring that our message resonates with homeowners. You will harness your expertise in marketing and customer service to inspire your team and cultivate meaningful relationships through door-to-door interactions

What you'll do

  • Create a team of canvassers who you will supervise & motivate to achieve outreach goals and maintain high morale.
  • Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies that align with our mission and objectives.
  • Train team members on best practices for door-to-door engagement, sales techniques, and communication skills.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience and track record of being able to create and manage door to door canvassing teams It doesn't matter what industry you may have come from, there are a lot of highly qualified applicants that we've found from Door to Door Home Security, Solar Power, Pest Control, Landscaping, Fiber Optics and other industries.

Preferred qualifications

  • At least 3 year or more, background in canvassing / door to door direct marketing = HAVING HAD SUCCESS AT IT (Show me your pay stubs)
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure support and foster partnerships.
