Maintenance Technician/Handy Man: 8-5 M-F with 100% paid medical benefits

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and creating a safe, welcoming environment for residents. Woodward is a growing, dynamic property management company with plenty of opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond quickly to maintenance service requests (within 24–48 hours)
  • Make vacant units "move-in ready" in just 5-7 days
  • Perform daily property inspections to ensure everything looks and functions great
  • Handle preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
  • Tackle emergency repairs as needed (on-call rotation)
  • Work directly with vendors or handle repairs yourself

What You'll Need:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and complete physically demanding tasks
  • HVAC and EPA Certification
  • CPO license
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Must pass background and drug screening
