The Channel Programs Manager creates and executes programs that drive product sales, distribution, and specifications. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, they develop, implement, and monitor strategies that promote strong transaction activity and overall program performance.

What You Will Do
Channel Program Management:
Transform channel program strategies into actionable plans, creating frameworks for seamless program execution globally.
- Design program policies, objectives, tools, and processes, collaborating with Channel Operations for smooth implementation.
- Lead the launch and communication of channel programs, ensuring alignment across teams.
Manage resources and budgets, ensuring timely delivery within allocated constraints.
Channel Program Design:
Collaborate with Business Units to capture and translate their channel program needs and market strategies.
- Design programs that align go-to-market goals and address business requirements.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities through financial analysis and market research.
- Use industry knowledge to craft strategic program frameworks that maximize business impact.
- Develop comprehensive program elements, including pricing, rebates, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelors Degree required.
- Experience: 7-10 years in program management or channel program management.
- Skills: Expertise in strategic planning, program design, and translating business needs into scalable global programs.
- Analytical Abilities: Proficient in market research, financial modeling, and competitive analysis to spot new opportunities.
- Program Leadership: Experienced in managing end-to-end program rollouts from design to implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills, with experience engaging business units, theater teams, and executives.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Skilled at leading initiatives across marketing, sales, and channel operations globally.
- Feedback-Driven: Ability to collect and act on feedback to optimize programs, tools, and partner experiences.

Compensation
: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $120,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
