Office Manager - Full-Time

Oak Creek Dental Care is a modern patient centered dental practice known for our commitment to quality care, teamwork and an exceptional patient experience. We are seeking an experienced, full-time office manager to lead and grow our administrative and front office operations with professionalism, positivity, and purpose.

The office manager plays a key leadership role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice. This position overseas patient scheduling financial coordination, staff support, and systems efficiency- ensuring that every patient receives an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient communication
  • Maintain and improve office systems, reporting and efficiency
  • Assistant staff training, scheduling and performance development
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to meet practice goals
  • Uphold Oak Creek Dental Care's values of integrity, compassion, excellence, and culture

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of dental office management leadership experience
  • Positive attitude and Team-first mindset
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing
  • Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills

Pay: $ $45.00 per hour
