Helpdesk Technician I

Location:
Walnut Creek, CA (Hybrid – 3x/week in office)

Comp:
$80-85k Base + Annual Bonus

A nationally recognized law firm with offices across the U.S. is hiring a Level 1 IT Support Specialist to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Windows 10/11 and Office365
  • Administer and troubleshoot Citrix environments
  • Work with document management systems (iManage preferred)
  • Respond to technical issues with calm, creative problem-solving
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong experience supporting Windows environments
  • Hands-on Citrix experience (or ability to speak confidently about it)
  • Familiarity with DMS platforms; iManage experience is a plus
  • Law firm experience preferred but not required
  • Bonus skills: cloud technologies, SharePoint, security awareness, asset management
