press-on nails, premium synthetic and human hair wigs
, and trending beauty accessories. With a mission to bring high-quality and affordable beauty products to multicultural communities, we are expanding rapidly across the East Coast.

Position Summary

We are looking for
2 experienced and highly motivated Field Sales Representatives
to lead the expansion of our product lines into beauty retail stores, wig shops, convenience stores, and neighborhood distributors—especially in
Black and Latino communities
across NYC and nearby regions.

This role is perfect for someone with deep connections in the local beauty industry, especially those who
personally know store owners
, understand the beauty trends, and have a proven track record in
door-to-door B2B sales
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit local beauty supply stores, wig shops, mini-marts, salons, and cosmetic boutiques to pitch and sell our products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with shop owners, managers, and buyers—especially within Black and Latinx communities.
  • Provide product demos and samples, deliver displays, and negotiate in-store placements and promotions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure on-time fulfillment.
  • Attend community events, trade shows, or pop-ups as needed to promote the brand.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of field sales or store-level selling experience
    in the beauty/wig/cosmetics industry (required)
  • Existing network of shop owners or managers in wig shops and Latin/Black beauty stores (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; bilingual (English + Spanish or Haitian Creole) is a plus
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on the field
  • Must be based in NYC and able to travel daily across boroughs (driver's license not required but helpful)
