Position Summary
Launch your project management career as an Electrical Project Engineer with clear pathways to advancement You'll be the organizational backbone supporting our electrical projects from pre-construction through celebration of completion. This role combines technical coordination, communication excellence, and hands-on project support-giving you real responsibility while learning from experienced project managers. What You'll Accomplish

Project Coordination Excellence
- Master project documentation by preparing, reviewing, and processing submittals, RFIs, construction bulletins, and change requests with precision
- Lead meeting documentation efforts, capturing critical details, distributing action items, and ensuring follow-through
- Conduct strategic site walks to support coordination, track progress, and maintain quality standards
ScheduleResource Management
- Collaborate on schedule development and monitoring to keep projects on track and aligned with key milestones
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring accountability and on-time deliveries
- Maintain comprehensive procurement logs, tracking equipment lead times and material flows
Problem-SolvingTeam Support
- Partner with project teams to identify and resolve field issues before they impact progress
- Support successful project closeout by gathering O&M manuals, as-builts, and final documentation
- Champion a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all project activities
What You Bring
EducationExperience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; OR equivalent hands-on field experience
- 1–3 years of construction or electrical systems experience preferred (strong internship/co-op experience valued)
- Working knowledge of MEP systems, construction documents, and project workflows

- Exceptional organizational abilities with talent for managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms a plus
