Family Law Attorney (Bilingual Preferred – English/Spanish)

Location: Houston, TX

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage cases independently. Spanish fluency is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, enforcement, and modifications.
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Maintain regular and professional communication with clients and opposing counsel.
  • Provide strategic legal advice while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate effectively with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Texas (required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of family law experience (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred).
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to client service.
