Prime Responsibilities and Major Factors in Evaluating Performance:

1. Responsible for all U.S. shared service accounting. This includes all transactions related to payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

2. Supervises the activities of the Payroll Administrator, Accounts Pable Administrator, and Staff Accountant, ensuring their ongoing professional development.

3. Ensures the timeliness of payroll processing, including the filing of quarterly 941s and year end W2s.

4. Ensures all compensation is properly recorded (and allocated where necessary) including fringe benefits.

5. Ensures sales, credit memos and adjustments, and cash receipts are properly captured in the subsidiary ledger and all applicable federal or state filings are complete.

6. Resolves any invoice discrepancies with customers and/or vendors.

7. Supervises corporate finance activities including month end or year-end required journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and reserve adjustments.

8. Responsible for all ERP maintenance as it relates to general ledger accounts, foreign exchange rates, customer maintenance and vendor maintenance.

9. Central supervisory position with extensive interaction with outside auditors, customers, and vendors.

10. Key resource to monthly accounting close process including Host translation and consolidation, ensuring tight deadlines are met and adhered to.

11. Responsible for compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and all applicable statutory or regulatory requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Identifies and implements ways to achieve administrative efficiencies and improve the timeliness and reliability of information provided to management.

1. Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with the company's code of conduct.

2. Performs special projects or other duties as assigned.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.

1. Five+ years of experience as a senior level accountant.

2. Prior supervisory experience preferred.

3. Experience with general ledger ERPs such as EIQ, Oracle, SAP, or similar.

4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent Excel skills required. Ability to review and manipulate large data sets.

5. Accomplishments and responsibilities within a team environment.

6. Must be detailed oriented.

7. Must possess a strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
